The three anchor tent reservations are up front, followed by the complete October 2–5 mission plan. All times are local to Munich. Be early: tent tables can be lost if the group does not arrive together.

Friday, October 2 • Meet at 10:00 AM • Reserved table from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Saturday, October 3 • Meet at 11:00 AM • Reserved table from noon–5:00 PM.

Sunday, October 4 • Meet at 5:30 PM • Reserved table from 6:00 PM through closing.

Complete Mission Plan

Friday, October 2

Lederhosen on. Straight to the Wiesn.

10:00 AMMeet in the hotel lobby and walk together to Festhalle Schottenhamel.
11–3Reserved table at Schottenhamel. Arrive as a complete group.
3:00 PMStandard hotel check-in. Bags can be left with reception if rooms are not ready earlier.

Saturday, October 3

Hofbräu party-tent day.

7–10 AMComplimentary breakfast at the hotel.
11:00 AMMeet in the lobby and walk to Hofbräu-Festzelt.
12–5Hofbräu tent reservation. This booking is separate from the main package.
EarlyA small advance group should enter early because wristbands are limited; distribution happens before entry.

Sunday, October 4

Pedicabs, beer gardens and the closing tent push.

7–10 AMBreakfast at the hotel.
10:45 AMMeet in the lobby for a pedicab ride to the English Garden and Chinese Tower Beer Garden.
1:30 PMPedicab from the beer garden to Hofbräuhaus. It does not accept reservations, so seating is first-available.
5:30 PMRegroup in the hotel lobby and walk to Schützen-Festzelt.
6–closeReserved table at Schützen-Festzelt through closing.

Monday, October 5

Recovery, checkout and onward travel.

7–10 AMFinal hotel breakfast.
By noonCheck out before 12:00 PM, then depart for flights or continue individual travel plans.
AirportS1 or S8 trains connect central Munich and the airport about every 10–15 minutes; allow roughly 45 minutes for the ride.
