Complete Mission Plan
Friday, October 2
Lederhosen on. Straight to the Wiesn.
- Meet in the hotel lobby and walk together to Festhalle Schottenhamel.
- Reserved table at Schottenhamel. Arrive as a complete group.
- Standard hotel check-in. Bags can be left with reception if rooms are not ready earlier.
Saturday, October 3
Hofbräu party-tent day.
- Complimentary breakfast at the hotel.
- Meet in the lobby and walk to Hofbräu-Festzelt.
- Hofbräu tent reservation. This booking is separate from the main package.
- A small advance group should enter early because wristbands are limited; distribution happens before entry.
Sunday, October 4
Pedicabs, beer gardens and the closing tent push.
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Meet in the lobby for a pedicab ride to the English Garden and Chinese Tower Beer Garden.
- Pedicab from the beer garden to Hofbräuhaus. It does not accept reservations, so seating is first-available.
- Regroup in the hotel lobby and walk to Schützen-Festzelt.
- Reserved table at Schützen-Festzelt through closing.
Monday, October 5
Recovery, checkout and onward travel.
- Final hotel breakfast.
- Check out before 12:00 PM, then depart for flights or continue individual travel plans.
- S1 or S8 trains connect central Munich and the airport about every 10–15 minutes; allow roughly 45 minutes for the ride.
